Customer will be provided with service documentation and inventory listing to comply with JCAHO and DHEC requirements.

Equipment will be inspected per NFPA 99 guidelines for electrical safety in healthcare facilities and ECRI standards for equipment performance. Ensure the integrity of your equipment investment through proper maintenance and repair.

We also provide a nationwide mail in repair service for long distance customers. Simply send us your equipment via Fedex or UPS with a return shipping label, we will repair or p.m. the equipment and return it to you, usually in a 24 hour time frame. Contact us for more details.
